Katherine Lanteigne (Co-chair)
Katherine Lanteigne is the Director of the Downtown Bathurst Revitalization Corporation. With an impressive background in management, economic development, entrepreneurship and community involvement, Katherine is passionate about her community and seeing it prosper.
Collaboration comes as second nature to Katherine, whether in her experience as Director of Women in Business New Brunswick, with the Chaleur Chamber of Commerce or at the Airport, Katherine has always worked in direct partnership with boards of directors. In 2016, she was elected to represent Bathurst, as a City Councillor.
Katherine, along with her husband and business partner, are also entrepreneurs, owning and operating businesses in downtown Bathurst.
Betty-Ann Fortin (Co-chair)
Born and raised in Restigouche, Betty-Ann has built a 25-year career driving economic growth and prosperity in her community. She is known as a conscientious and responsible leader who gets results. Since 2013, she has served in senior leadership positions with the Restigouche Regional Service Commission, including her current role as CEO. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director of Enterprise Restigouche. Fluently bilingual, Betty-Ann holds a Certified Economic Development Designation (Ec.D.) from the Economic Development Association of Canada (EDAC), University of Waterloo.
